How do I place an order with Mbaliyezwe Atelier?
Our designs are made-to-order. To place an order, simply contact us via our WhatsApp Business. We will give you a quote for your order, schedule a consultation and our team will work with you to create the design of your dreams.
Do you ship if I am in a different province or country?
We do ship to clients who send their custom measurements, or we make standard retail sizes e.g. 28, 30, 32 etc. We use DHL, Courier Guy or PAXI via PEP Stores for shipping in South Africa, and DHL for international shipping. Standard shipping usually takes 1-3 business days and 3-7 at PEP Stores. Shipping rates via DHL and Courier Guy are determined by weight, PAXI charges R100 (unless it is a big package).
How long does it take for my order?
Ideally, we prefer clients to place an order for an outfit at least two months before their event, to allow enough time to bring outfits to life for every client.
